Sale Conditions

1. Payment Terms are net 30 days from date of invoice.
     
2. Credit limits are established based upon financial information supplied and payment history with Precise. Partial or full payment may be required prior to shipment.
     
3. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. No responsibility is assumed by Precise Optics/PME, Inc. for damage that may occur as a result of the use of this information.
     
4. A restocking charge of up to 15% of net cost may be invoiced for any order returned or canceled once final test has been completed.
     
5. Pricing is net cost, F.O.B., Bay Shore, NY.
     
6. Warranty registration cards must be completed and returned to Precise within 30 days of installation. Failure to return the card will result in the ship date being used as the warranty start date.
     
7. While Precise does not impose an interest charge for overdue accounts, we would appreciate close adherence to the net 30 day terms so that this will not become necessary in the future.
